Bharat Bhushan Equity Traders Ltd. was formed in the year 1982. BBET is a member
of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and also a
member of the Future & Options Segment of the NSE. We are also a member of the Bombay
Stock Exchange (BSE). Since 1999, BBET has been
depository participants registered with NSDL.We are also a member of NSE Currency
Derivatives (NSE CD). BBET will also be offering you to trading
in Interest Rate Derivatives in the near future thereafter referred to as Bharat
Bhushan.

Bharat Bhushan Finance & Commodity Brokers Ltd. is a public limited company incorporated
in year 1992. Equity Shares of the Company are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (‘BSE’).
BBFCB has an uninterrupted dividend payment record since 1995. BBFCB is non-deposit taking
non-systemically important Non-Banking Finance Company (‘NBFC’). BBFCB is trading member of
Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd (‘MCX’) and National
Spot Exchange Ltd. (‘NSEL’).

The Founders
The Founders Bharat Bhushan & Company was founded on 1954 by Mr. Bharat Bhushan and Mr. Shanti Narain Aggarwal.
The business was established as a Stock Broking Firm.

The Present
Mr. Vijay Bhushan
Mr. Vijay Bhushan has been
actively involved in Capital Market activities since early 1980s. He rejuvenated
the Primary Market division, positioning Bharat Bhushan & Company amongst the top
10 firms on all India bases. Mr. Vijay Bhushan was elected President of Delhi Stock
Exchange (DSE) for the year 2001- 02. He was also the Chairman of the Federation
of Indian Stock Exchanges (FISE) for two consecutive years (2002-04). He is a member
of important committees of the Capital market regulator, SEBI. He is on the board
and actively involved in AMNI activities.

Mrs. Nisha Ahuja
Mrs. Nisha Ahuja has experience
in the Capital markets since early 1980s and remains actively involved in the growth
of the business. Mrs. Ahuja is responsible for developing and expanding the retail,
corporate and institutional client base.
