Equities & Derivatives
As trading & clearing members of the National stock Exchange (NSE), trading members
of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Future & Option Segment of NSE we provide our
clients with services and facilities to trade on both the Cash market and the Derivatives
Market.
The cash market is the segment of the exchange dealing in buying and selling of
shares. Prices are settled in cash on the spot at current market prices.
Derivatives:
Futures contracts, forward contracts, options and swaps are the most common types
of derivatives. A transaction for which securities can be reasonably expected to
be delivered in one month or less. Though these securities may be bought and sold
at spot prices, the securities in question are traded on a forward physical market.
Derivatives are generally used to hedge risk, but can also be used for speculative
purposes.
Our sound reputation and experience in the business of stock broking coupled out

trading in agricultural products, metals, precious stones, diamonds, petroleum and

Bharat Bhushan Finance & Commodity is amongst the
first members with the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Limited ( NCDEX)
and we also have membership of MCX. These commodity exchanges provide online real
time trading and an appropriate platform to achieve competitiveness in price discovery
and prices risk management.

Currency Derivatives
We are also a member of Currency Derivatives in NSE and MCX. By launching this product,
we offer a new segment of trading to help diversify your range of investable instruments.
What is Currency Derivatives?
Currency derivatives is a contract between the seller and the buyer, whose value
is to be derived from the underlying asset, the currency amount. A derivative based
on currency exchange rates is a future contract which stipulates the rate at which
a given currency can be exchanged for another currency as at a future date.

Options - Fixed Deposits & Bonds
Bharat Bhushan offers a range of public private debt instruments –Company Fixed
Deposits, Debentures, Bonds and Government Bonds.
Company Fixed Deposits earn a fixed rate of return over a period of time. They are
governed by the Companies Act under Section 58A. These deposits are unsecured and
thus fall in the high risk and high return category. A suitable option for clients
wanting a short tenure, high interest rates, regular and flexible interest options
(monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual).
Clients who are risk averse, can invest in RBI Tax Free Bonds-- 6.5% Tax Free/ 8%
Taxable Bonds of GOI from RBI, ICICI Bank & HDFC Bank

Spot Commodity
For the first time in India, NSEL has introduced demat delivery based instrument
products called E-Series, in commodities like gold, silver, copper, zinc and lead.
This is a unique market segment, which is functioning just like cash segment in
equities, but offering commodities in demat form in smaller denominations.
The cash market is the segment of the exchange dealing in buying and selling of
shares. Prices are settled in cash on the spot at current market prices.
Retail investors can now trade and investment in commodities like they invest in
the equities. Systemic investments in e-series products promote savings in a secured
way offering ease of transaction and flexibility of trade timings.

ABOUT NSEL
National Spot Exchange Ltd (NSEL) is a state-of-the-art electronic, demutualised
commodity spot market. The Exchange is promoted by Financial Technologies (India)
Ltd (FTIL) and National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Limited
(NAFED). It provides an electronic, transparent, well organized and centralized
trading platform with the facility to access and participate the market remotely.
NSEL is recognized by Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution,
and Government of India. It has obtained licenses from various state governments
to facilitate online delivery based trading in various agri-commodities. In addition
the Exchange provides delivery based trading in bullions and metals across the country.
NSEL commenced its live operations on 15th October 2008.
